I never did fit in to any j-o-b I ever held and for years thought there must be something wrong with me, some character flaw that wouldn't
allow me to hold down gainful employment and to happily accept it the way my co-workers seemed to. And I wasn't happy, I was numb. And I
sure as hell wasn't going to just accept it. I knew there was something meaningful I was supposed to be doing and I was determined to find
out what that was. I spent a great deal of time searching for "it" - that perfect something that would finally bring an end to the feeling that I
was sleepwalking through my life.
An astrologer friend once told me that according to my chart I worked in a healing profession. Since I was a purchasing agent for the state
parks at the time, I thought maybe her stars were crossed! It didn't occur to me that the herbal apprenticeship I was about to undertake
would be the beginning of my journey to transform my life and reinvent myself on my own terms.
Lifestyle Liberator
I've loved each of the healing paths I've been on and while they have certainly enriched my life it wasn't until I "discovered" coaching that my
quiet transformation began to unfold as a complete lifestyle liberation.
I realize I've been “coaching” in one form or another, instinctively my whole life. I've been told that people feel safe opening up to me
because they know I won't judge them. Friends, family, co-workers and even complete strangers have always come to me with their life
issues. Much like they have to my Dad, in fact he and I had always joked that it was the "family business"!
After 20+ years of working in both the public and private sectors as an administrative professional and trying to integrate my holistic
interests into a part-time endeavor that didn't disrupt my "real j-o-b" - I finally got it! I've found that something meaningful I was searching for
and I'm no longer sleepwalking through my life. I'm doing the work I was born to do - I have finally embraced the life I was meant to live!
Since then I've made it my mission to help other women transform their lives and reinvent themselves on their own terms. I offer you my gifts,
